i really appreciated the courtesy of staff and the room: very clean

the location is in abusiness center. it is not reccomended to go out for have a walk.

they provide many type of service - spacious bar, free wi-fi, shuttle to the station. will be back for a trip.

The personalized service from Rosa at reception and the thoughtful attention from Giuseppe regarding my wife's dietary needs really stood out during our stay.

Location

I only stayed one night as I had travelled from Calabria on the train. It was very handy for me as I was flying out the next day from Naples. I knew what to expect as I've stayed there before. Very good restaurant with very good food. It was a very relaxing stay for me; that's what I wanted.

great view but a bit noisy

The spacious room offered fine city vistas and a amazing sunset view. The cleanliness of the room was excellent.

The noise from nearby traffic was slightly disruptive.

The service and the buffet breakfast are very good. The hotel is conveniently located in a modern part of the city, but close to the city center, port and the main train station.

There is no swimming pool.

Comfy and quiet location in a very nice area, just next door to Sorrento in the morning and the train station or the bus station. Good food, especially plentiful and freshly cooked breakfast.

Expected comfort synonymous with Holiday Inn trademark.

Isolation. The hotel is in a newly renovated office building complex in Naples, surrounded by derelict buildings and abandoned streets at night.

Room was very comfortable and the shuttle to the Train Station was very good

Hotel shuttle hours not advertised. We booked this hotel specifically for this service and they did not take into consideration late evening flight arrivals. We called when we arrived and were told it was too late. In the end we were held to ransom by a Taxi driver and had to pay twice the normal rate for a taxi to Hotel as it was the only transport available.

Recommend it for a Family getaway

The service was excellent, especially a guy named Angello who remembered my name and room number! Very excellent considering the size of this place! The rain shower was just heavenly, reminded me of I was under a waterfall.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

A good situation for a meeting in the business district.

Seemingly many facilities that were advertised on the Net were out of order. The hotel location is far from the historical part of the city and from downtown. Expensive Internet access.

Spacious room with great amenities

The premium room was spacious and felt clean. Amenities included a tv, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable seating area. The hotel had a fitness center and provided fresh breakfast with multiple options like croissants and juices. Staff were very attentive, providing helpful tips about local transport options.

I liked the shuttle service, the shuttle drivers were friendly.

Holiday Inn was rated a four star hotel which is extremly generous for this hotel. You have to pay for Wifi after thirty minutes of free use, our bathroom shower/tub area had mold around the edges, the shower curtain smelled of must, TV stations were limited to two in English one of which never had signal, matresses we soft and sagging. I would never rate this hotel a four star, I believe that the people who rated this hotel a four star have a vested interest because this hotel is more like two and a half star hotel.
